Nisha club in Australia with no staring Staring is prohibited in Australia’s night club

Sydney: Nightclub in Australia bans staring at guests without consent. The law was introduced at Club 77 in Sydney. The club said in an Instagram post that the new ban was imposed as part of an effort to make the club a safer place.

In an Instagram post shared on August 4, the club said that the club culture has also attracted some people who do not live up to our values and ethics in terms of consent and harassment.

New changes have therefore been made to the Safety and Harassment Policy to ensure this venue remains a safe space. New club members will be taught what is unacceptable behavior in the club and on the dance floor.

As a nightclub, you encourage interaction with strangers, but any interaction must begin with verbal consent. This applies even if you are looking at someone from a distance. If you’re trying to impress someone unnecessarily, it’s considered harassment,’ the post said.

Complaints will be handled by a pink-clad security officer. Violators will be kicked out of the club. The club also said that if someone else harasses or stares at them unnecessarily, that person can immediately notify a security officer.
