The court accepted the request of former CEO Jun-seok Lee to suspend the effect of the People’s Power Emergency Response Committee, and decided to suspend the duties of Ho-young Joo, the chairman of the non-commissioning committee.
The court pointed out that the people’s power deliberately created an emergency situation in which there was no attempt to turn it into a non-submission, which is contrary to party democracy.

In early July, the People’s Power Central Ethics Committee imposed a six-month disciplinary action once morest former Chairman Lee Jun-seok, who was suspended from party membership.
