A fire broke out Thursday followingnoon in a two-storey municipal building on Saint-Eustache Street in the municipality of the same name, located in the Laurentians.
Firefighters were called to the scene of the fire, which broke out shortly before 3 p.m., the Saint-Eustache Fire Department said in a Facebook post.
Traffic was then closed between rue Dorion and rue Saint-Nicolas.
Several teams were deployed from other fire departments in the surrounding area, in particular from the Sainte-Thérèse barracks.
