Achieve Lebanon national team Basketball won an important victory over its Philippine counterpart 85-81, Thursday, within the fourth window of the qualifying round for world Cup Basketball 2023.
The “rice” team continued the brilliance that appeared in the last Asian Cup, becoming one victory away from the remaining five matches to reach the World Cup for the fourth time.
For his part, the Jordan national team achieved an easy victory over its Indian guest, 80-64, in the meeting that was held at Prince Hamzah Hall in Amman, by opening the fourth window for the qualifiers for the Basketball World Cup.
The Saudi team lost to its New Zealand counterpart 80-65, in the confrontation that brought them together at the Ministry of Sports Hall in Dammam, in its first match in the last window of the World Cup qualifiers.
A severe defeat for Bahrain
The Bahrain national team lost to its Australian counterpart by 54 points, 50-104, in the match that brought them together at the Khalifa Sports City Hall, where it became clear the difference in technical capabilities and field experience between the two teams, following the “kangaroo” dominated the defensive and offensive matches.
