Officials from the Investigative, Scientific, Criminal and Criminalistics Corps (Cicpc) found film evidence and proceeded to capture a man dedicated to theft in different hotels and inns in the Macuto parish, in La Guaira state.
H. Puche León, 56, was caught following verifying that he was involved in criminal activities, such as theft of valuables and technological devices.
The authorities reported that he expected the residents to leave their rooms and proceeded to enter illegally, to then steal any possible material that might later be traded in US currency.
The director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, reported that the “man used his skills to enter the guest rooms” and following proving his guilt, “the antisocial was arrested.”
The Flagrancia Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the state of La Guaira assumed the judicial process.
