The first case in the world .. an Italian infected with monkeypox, corona and AIDS at the same time

A 36-year-old Italian was infected with three viruses, monkeypox, corona and HIV at the same time, and it is considered the first case in the world that combines these diseases simultaneously.

And the Spanish newspaper “20 Minotos” indicated that the Italian man was confirmed to be infected with the Corona virus, monkeypox and AIDS, following a trip to Spain between 16 and 20 June, and said that he had engaged in immoral relations with people of the same type.

The newspaper pointed out that the man was confirmed to be infected with the Corona virus 12 days following his stay in Spain, then he developed a rash on his left arm, and the next day, small painful vesicles surrounded by a rash appeared on the man’s limbs and face.

By July 5, the vesicles had spread further and developed into pustules, which made the man go to the emergency department of San Marco University Hospital in Catania, Italy, where he was transferred to the infectious diseases unit.

Analysis of samples from 181 patients with monkeypox showed that there was a higher viral load in the lesions than in the oropharynx.

The study, which was conducted in hospitals in Madrid and Barcelona, ​​concluded that this spread of the virus had much fewer infections than others, and that between three to 20 tablets were recorded in patients, in addition to most of them concentrated in the genitals, anus and throat, these lesions become inflamed They can be very painful, so 4 out of 10 patients require medical treatment.
