Idaho court allows abortion as a life-saving measure – the standard

Washington – A court in Idaho has partially relaxed the strict ban on abortion in the conservative US state. Wednesday’s decision in favor of the Justice Department in Washington provides that doctors cannot be penalized for performing an abortion as an emergency and life-saving measure.
