Four-day series against New Zealand A: India A squad announced, to be led by Priyank Panchal

Mumbai: The Indian A team for the four-day series once morest New Zealand A team has been announced. Priyank Panchal is the hero. Ruturaj Gaekwad, Kuldeep Yadav and Pyaath Krishna, who played in the Indian senior team in the one-day series once morest West Indies and Zimbabwe, won a place in the A team, while Malayalee players Sanju Sassamon and Shubman Gill did not get a place.

KS Bharat and Upendra Yadav are the wicket keepers of the team. Abhimanyu Iswaran, Rajat Peteedar, Sarfraz Khan, who played brilliantly for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy, Mumbai Indians player Tilak Verma, leg-spinner Rahul Chahar, and Umran Malik, who played in the T20 series once morest England, also joined the team.

India A will play three four-day Tests and three ODIs once morest New Zealand A. The first four-day Test match will begin on September 1 at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The second match will be played at the Rajnagar Stadium in Hubli and the third match will be played at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
