After three globally successful films, this is the fourth and last film adaptation of the bestselling series of the same name.
The protagonists Hardin and Tessa have grown older and have to deal not only with their complicated relationship but also with adulthood.
This time there is a separation in the room, on the one hand because the young people live on different continents, on the other hand because they have changed in the course of their relationship. Personal dramas add to the unrest. While Hardin stays in London following his mother’s wedding and deals with his past, Tessa returns to Seattle and suffers a personal tragedy.
In order for the two to start into a future together, they first have to work on themselves.
The scheme F according to which the American author Anna Todd wrote her bestsellers is very softened in the film adaptations by the sympathetic actors.
