In Tyrol – on the Lasörling Höhenweg on the Großvenediger – a 32-year-old German slipped. He fell to the ground and sustained serious injuries. The emergency doctor helicopter brought him to the BKH Lienz.
Crash right following start
A 63-year-old German was seriously injured while paragliding in Telfes in the Tyrolean Stubai. He lost the thermals right following the start due to a right turn and fell into a pine field below the Kreuzjoch mountain station. He had to be rescued by the emergency helicopter with a rope and brought to the LKH Hall in Tirol.
