Rapper Cro has been making music for over ten years.

On Friday, August 12th, he released his sixth studio album «11:11».

In an interview with 20 minutes, the 32-year-old revealed what his dream woman would be like, how long he would like to continue making music and how “Sunny” actually is.
«11:11» is an angel number, a symbol of new beginnings. Is your album a new beginning for you?
Every album is a new beginning in its own way. But I simply found “11:11” to be a cool number that helped me and my team to create it. Always at 11:11 we would stop for a moment and just be grateful for everything we have.
You must have worked on «11:11» for a long time. What does your typical studio day look like?
When I get up, the number on the clock is always in two digits – I’m hardly ever awake before ten. Then I usually walk around a bit first, where I am at the moment, and then make myself a coffee at twelve o’clock. Then I start the day. Sometimes I sit in the studio and can get started right away, eat something and then I’m there until late in the evening.
Why are you still holding on to your mask?
I just wear them because I have such an ugly face and I don’t always have to do my hair. (laughs). No, kidding, it’s my trademark that I don’t want to part with.
Do people still recognize you on the street when you’re not wearing them?
No never. That’s totally enjoyable.
Have you ever regretted that you “only” became famous with your mask?
Every six months I think like this, now I might actually take off the mask if I’m standing in line somewhere or something (laughs). But then once more, I’m glad I never did.
You sing in your new song “High”: “And I believe God is a woman” – are you a feminist?
That’s not why I chose the line. It is said that God is the most beautiful thing there is, and I just thought: ‘That must be a woman.’ But it also only means “I believe God is a woman”, really think me that God is neither nor.
“Sunny” represented your great love in your music. Which track did you dedicate to her now?
Hey, did I just hear Sunny? I don’t even know what’s going on, but lately I’ve been asked a lot regarding her (laughs). I only talked regarding her in «Easy», otherwise there aren’t that many songs where she appears?!
The line “Sorry, Sonne” from your previous album is definitely aimed at her, isn’t it?
That’s right … (laughs) But no, there is no longer a song regarding her on «11:11». I think at some point you have to finish.
Would a long-distance relationship be an option for you?
I really don’t like long distance relationships very much. You really just never see each other and I don’t celebrate that like you can see in the song “Facetime Luv”. Sure, you don’t have to be glued together all the time in a relationship, but never seeing each other isn’t cool either.
If you subscribe to the People-Push, you won’t miss anything from the world of the rich, beautiful and people who don’t quite understand why they are actually famous.
