The National Center for Mental Health Promotion provided advice to parents with the approaching return of schools, stressing the importance of informing children regarding any changes that may occur with the new year, such as moving to another school.
He pointed out the need for children to get rid of negative summer vacation habits such as staying up late and eating unhealthy food, and reducing the time they spend in front of television, computer or phone screens.
He pointed out the importance of preparing the child for the atmosphere of study, such as doing fun educational activities or reading a book, in addition to starting to buy school needs so that he does not have to buy them at the last moment.
The center advised not to panic regarding the beginning of the study and to be optimistic regarding the various changes.
