The “Forsa” program grants its first funding

The first Forsa program financing commissions, held in several regions, have issued their first agreements for project leaders who have completed their support and prepared their financing files, announced the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and solidarity economy.

The next few weeks will be devoted to accelerating the pace in order to finance 10,000 projects before the end of 2022, the ministry said in a press release.

As such, the selection stages, namely the “scoring” of the files, the interviews and the passage through the regional selection commissions, have reached an advanced stage and will be completed in the coming weeks, the ministry said, noting that the last few months will be devoted exclusively to supporting and financing projects. The selection stages identify the project leaders who will benefit from the e-learning training and incubation.

These steps are essential to prepare the financing file, including the business plan and the administrative files, necessary for the passage to the financing committee. To date, 10,438 learners are “onboarded” on the “Forsa Academy” e-learning platform. Of the 5,070 projects that have already completed their apprenticeship, 1,750 are being supported by incubator experts in order to prepare their funding files. In addition, 850 other projects have started the 2.5-month incubation, notes the same source, specifying that the project leaders concerned by this incubation are divided into groups in all regions, and benefit from close support. to turn their idea into a project or to turn an existing project into a successful business.
