At the request of Ukraine and Russia, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres announced on Monday the establishment of a fact-finding mission to investigate the incidents at a prison from the Olenivka region.

The mission has two members: Icelandic Ingibjörg Sólrún Gísladóttir and Nigerian Issoufou Yacouba, he said.
