Beans are a seasonal vegetable. Which are stored for easy eating and access throughout the year, and this is the correct way to store beans without changing its color and taste:
Wash the beans well and put them in a colander to get rid of the excess water.
Put the beans in a jar until it is three-quarters full, then add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of vinegar.
Fill the jar with water until it covers the beans, that is, up to three quarters.
Close the jar well and make sure to get rid of air inside.
Put the jar in a saucepan and fill the pot with water up to three quarters of the jar.
Put the pot on medium heat and leave it.
When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and let the water boil for regarding 15 minutes.
We lift the jar from the pot with a towel so as not to burn our hands.
Put the jar upside down on the work surface and leave it to cool.
Keep the jar at room temperature, away from sunlight.
