Takanori Iwata（Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS from EXILE TRIBE、EXILE) will release their 1st album “The Chocolate Box” on October 12th.
The album contains 12 songs, including 3 songs from her solo debut single “korekara” released in September last year, plus a new song written by Iwata himself. Regarding the album titled “The Chocolate Box,” Iwata said, “We aimed to create an exciting album that you wouldn’t have guessed until you opened the box. Each song has its own concept, and we put our thoughts into it. Songs (1 dozen). For me, I think it’s become a piece that can be said to be a greeting.” The Blu-ray attached to the first limited edition of the album includes a music video and the first fan meeting “Takanori Iwata 1st Fan Meeting “Be My guest” -vol.0-” held at Blue Note Tokyo in December last year. The image of is included.
On August 26th, the song “Ready?” from the album will be pre-delivered. “Ready?” is a song written by Iwata with the image of driving at night. It is an exhilarating number with keywords such as “Take it easy” on a track consisting of a speedy beat and a danceable and catchy melody. Following her solo debut single, both “Ready?” and the album cover feature oil paintings designed by Iwata.
In addition, Iwata will hold his first solo tour “Takanori Iwata LIVE TOUR 2022 ‘THE CHOCOLATE BOX'” from November. The tour venues are Hiroshima/Ueno Gakuen Hall, Miyagi/Sendai Sun Plaza Hall, Hyogo/Kobe International Hall Kokusai Hall, Fukuoka/Fukuoka Sun Palace, Hokkaido/Kanamoto Hall (Sapporo Civic Hall), Osaka/Orix Theater, Tokyo/ 9 locations: Tokyo Garden Theater, Niigata Niigata Prefectural Hall, Aichi Nagoya International Congress Center Century Hall. It’s been a year since he debuted as a solo artist last year.
1st ALBUM “The Chocolate Box” will be released on 10/12!
As the title of the album suggests, we aimed to create an exciting album that you can’t predict until you open the box.
A total of 12 songs (1 dozen) with a concept for each song.
For me, I think that it became a piece that can be said to be a substitute for greetings.
I hope that it will be an opportunity for people to learn a new side of me as an artist, and above all, I am happy to be able to announce it to the world!
And with this album, I will be holding my first nationwide solo tour!
I am really looking forward to meeting all the fans from all over the country!!
