Three of the bartenders who have won the Bacardi Legacy Global award were also invited to the party, in which the Ron Bacardi Añejo platform was presented to celebrate its legacy, flavor and history: Gn Chan, Ran Van Accident y Erik Van Beek, who between jokes, dance and fun offered their best drinks, with the rum that represents one of the 4 original formulas created by Facundo Bacardi in Cuba in 1862.
The cocktail experts took advantage of the versatility of the drink, which can be taken alone, in the classic cuba libre, or in one of the numerous combinations that have been created and that are part of the repertoire of each of the bartenders who They became the stars of the evening.
And to achieve the ideal pairing, a variety of taquitos of The Parnita, one of the main Mexican food restaurants; while the chef Fernanda Prado shared his sweet and icy proposal for dessert.

1.- Highball
A classic that can never be missing at any event, an aged rum and a non-alcoholic mixer that have always made a perfect blend, but this time with a new ingredient: Angostura bitters. If yours are slightly more bitter drinks, dare to add it to your preparation and be surprised with the result!
Ingredients:
• 50 ml of rum
• 15 ml of green lemon
• 100ml de ginger beer
• Angostura bitters
• Lemon
In a tall glass, place ice and add the rum. Later add the lemon juice, the ginger beer and stir with a stirrer. If desired, add a dash of Angostura bitters. At the end, decorate with a slice and drops of lemon.
2.- Black storm
The combination of all the ingredients that make up this delicious cocktail make it the right one for those who love sweet and sour flavors, but who like their drink to have a bitter touch.
Ingredients:
• 60 ml of Rum
• 120ml of ginger beer
• Bitter Angostura
• Lemon
• Orange
In a tall glass with ice, add the juice of three lemon slices. Later, add the rum, the ginger beer and mix. Then add the Angostura bitters and stir one last time. At the end, decorate with a slice of orange.
3.- Old Remix
A cocktail so delicious that it only plays with the combination of aged rum and a non-alcoholic mixer, but that surprises us with a new ingredient: pineapple. A product that will make this drink something unique thanks to the sweet flavor that it provides, but without taking away that freshness that this drink provides for its originality.
Ingredients:
• 50 ml of rum
• 100ml de ginger ale
• Pineapple juice splash
• Lemon
In a tall glass add ice and then add all the ingredients, mix perfectly to incorporate all the flavors. At the end decorate with a slice of lemon.
