There are people who have fears and worries regarding vaccination. In order to meet these people on an equal footing, the city of Vienna opened the vaccination salon. Originally in Brigittenau indoor pool settled, this is now on Thomas-Klestil-Platz.
Vaccination without stress and time pressure
The employees of the vaccination salon take a lot of time for the visitors. The offer is aimed at anyone who is afraid of needles and syringes, for example. But also to all those who have concerns regarding the corona vaccination. Here, people receive comprehensive advice and the vaccination itself takes place in a pleasant atmosphere.
Without any time pressure, the process is individually tailored to the person. If you wish, you can take an accompanying person with you.
Sorgenhotline
Anyone who would like a vaccination in the vaccination salon is asked to make an appointment by telephone. On the Corona hotline (01 4000 53000), the employees of the hotline advise callers regarding the vaccinations offered by the city, book a vaccination appointment and, if the person so wishes, stay in touch. The Corona hotline is available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Vaccination salon: location and opening hours
The vaccination salon is located at Thomas-Klestil-Platz 8/2 – entrance 9, 1030 Vienna. The vaccination salon is open every Wednesday followingnoon. The vaccine is from BioNTech/Pfizer (Comirnaty). Anyone who would like a different vaccine can discuss this with the corona care hotline (01 4000 53000).
