Will Lenny Terriat be the future Billy Eliott of Guadeloupe? The young Guadeloupean dancer is on his way to success. This year, he won the regional classical dance competition and the national competition in June, in Montpellier. His determination and talent then led him to La Scala in Milan, Italy where he passed the auditions. He is currently in Guadeloupe before his big departure for intense years in Italy.

Believing in your dreams is Lenny Terriat’s leitmotif. The young 11-year-old Guadeloupean dancer, winner of the national classical dance competition in Montpellier last May, has just been hired under contract at La Scala in Milan, in the prestigious Italian school where he will continue his training in the goal of one day becoming an international dance star.
Among the 300 candidates who dreamed of joining this prestigious school, only 4 were selected, including Lenny. A dream come true for the young classical dancer.
But before setting foot in Milan on September 8, Lenny is currently training at La Fabrik Academy in Les Abymes to be ready with a 100% dance programme.

Because it is during these six years in Milan that he will be able to acquire the most technique. And he will have, from the start of the school year, to follow a solid training program in the manner of a sport-studies at the rate of 10 hours a day and in Italian. But Lenny is aware of it and the work does not scare him.

It was at the age of 4 that the young boy walked the floor of a dance hall for the first time. And right away, he catches the virus. So much so that today, Lenny lives and breathes ballet.
