For years, cheese has been the subject of great controversy, and there have always been several warnings regarding its dangers and harm to the body.
Among these warnings is what was announced by Dr. Andrei Bobrovsky, a nutritionist, regarding the danger of excessive intake of cheese on human health.
He explained that the lactose content drops significantly during the cheese production process, making it a suitable alternative for people who suffer from lactose intolerance and cannot eat traditional dairy products.
But you should choose the right cheese varieties and stay away from the ones that can cause harmful side effects. Emphasizing at the same time that the percentage consumed should be moderate, and any soft or hard cheese can be eaten as desired.
Bobrovsky explained that cheese is 3-5 times more caloric than milk. Proteins can also be 5-6 times more per 100 grams of product.
Cheese is also a good source of protein, but at the same time, cheese can contain 10 times more fat and saturated fat.
Saturated fats have always been linked to modern diseases such as cardiovascular disease in the first place.
In this context, and to avoid gaining extra weight because of cheese, Bobrovsky advised to stop eating low-calorie or solid foods.
