Cairo – Mubasher: Speed Medical said that the company did not receive any official letters from Mubadala Healthcare Company indicating its desire to submit a purchase offer.
Speed Medical confirmed in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today, Tuesday, that the company did not issue any statement regarding this matter.
It is noteworthy that Speed Medical recorded a net loss of 38.76 million pounds from the beginning of January until the end of March 2022, compared to profits of 29.14 million pounds during the same period last year.
The company’s revenues increased during the first three months of 2022, as it recorded revenues of 68.7 million pounds at the end of last March, compared to 65.36 million pounds during the same period in 2021.
In terms of non-consolidated lists, the independent company turned to losses during the first quarter of this year to incur 36.8 million pounds at the end of March, compared to profits of 29.14 million pounds during the same quarter of 2021.
