Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan are out of the BJP Parliamentary Board and Central Election Committee. Parliamentary Board and Election Committee were reorganized by BJP National President JP Nadda. Former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa, Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, K Laxman, Iqbal Singh Lalpura, Sudha Yadav and Satyanarayan Jathia have recently joined the Parliamentary Board. The Parliamentary Board, which is the highest body at the organizational level of the BJP, has 11 members. Shahnawaz Hussain and Jewel Oram were dropped from the selection committee. Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis reached the election committee. The selection committee has 15 members.
Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was conspicuously absent. The BJP’s Parliamentary Board is a crucial body that decides who holds key posts in the party, including chief ministers and state BJP presidents.
