Carlo Ancelotti has announced that he will retire following his adventure at Real Madrid. An unexpected decision, when he is 63 years old.
In an interview with Il Messaggero, Carlo Ancelotti revealed that he would end his coaching career following Real Madrid: “This stage in Madrid will end my career. After Real, I will retire. Real Madrid is the pinnacle of football. It makes sense to put the word ‘end’ following this experience.”he launched to the Italian media.
Carlo Ancelotti returned to the Real Madrid bench following the departure of Zinedine Zidane in 2021. His contract runs until June 2024. The technician has so far won four Champions Leagues: two with Milan and two with the Real Madrid (including the 2022 edition).
