‘no problem getting vaccinated’; Djokovic may miss US Open

Reigning Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic may miss the US Open starting on August 29. The news that Djokovic will not be able to participate in the tournament is coming out following he was firm in his decision not to take the anti-covid vaccine.

Currently, unvaccinated foreigners are not allowed into the United States. If this rule is not waived prior to the US Open, the player will forfeit the US Open. Otherwise you will have to get the jockoc vaccine. Djokovic is currently the top contender for the title. After winning the title in the last Wimbledon, the player reached the achievement of 21 Grand Slams and is second in the list of the most Grand Slam winners. Spain’s tennis legend Rafael Nadal tops this list.

Djokovic had said that he would have no problem if he missed tournaments due to not taking the covid vaccine. Djokovic said he was not anti-vaccine but wanted to give people the freedom to decide what to put into their bodies. Djokovic opened his mind in a special interview with BBC.
