Central- The weather tomorrow is partly cloudy without an adjustment in temperature

The Department of Meteorology at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expected the weather tomorrow to be partly cloudy without a slight change in temperatures, which remain below their seasonal rates on the coast and decrease slightly on the mountains and the interior, with active winds sometimes, and local fog is forming on the heights.

The bulletin stated the following:

General status: Normal summer weather dominates the eastern basin of the Mediterranean and Lebanon in particular during the coming days, with temperatures below their seasonal rates on the coast until Wednesday, when it turns into relatively hot.
(The average temperature for the month of August on the coast ranges between 25 and 33 degrees).

– Weather expected in Lebanon: Today, Saturday: Partly cloudy without a slight change in temperature, and active winds sometimes, and thick fog will form on the heights at times, which leads to reduced visibility on mountain roads, especially during the evening period. Sunday: Partly cloudy with no significant change in temperatures, which remain below their seasonal rates on the coast, slightly lower on the mountains and inland, and sometimes active winds. Local fog is also formed on the heights. Monday: Partly cloudy in the morning, turning to partly cloudy in the followingnoon with local fog forming on the heights. Tuesday: A few clouds during the morning period with a slight rise in temperatures, turning to partly cloudy starting in the followingnoon with the formation of fog on the heights.

Expected temperatures: on the coast from 25 to 32 degrees, over the mountains from 16 to 26 degrees, inland from 19 to 33 degrees.

– Surface wind: southwesterly during the day, active at times, southwesterly at night, with a speed of between 15 and 35 km/h.

Visibility: Good on the coast, sometimes worse at heights due to fog.

– Relative humidity on the coast: between 60 and 75%.

Sea condition: average wave height. Water surface temperature: 29°C.

Atmospheric pressure: 1008 HPA, which is equivalent to: 756 mm Hg.
