Al-Marsad newspaper: Legal Ahmed Al-Amir revealed the expected fines, following circulating a video clip of Khaled Al-Baltan, president of Al-Shabab Club, talking with a child fan of Al-Nasr in order to change his affiliation with Al-Shabab Club.

The prince said: “The clip that spreads for one of the club heads is in violation of Article No. 50 of the Disciplinary Regulations and deserves a financial penalty ranging from 5 to 100,000 riyals.

And the pioneers of the social networking site Twitter circulated a video clip of Khaled Al-Baltan, president of Al-Shabab Club, as he tried to persuade a Nasrawi child to encourage Al-Shabab.

Al-Baltan said to the child at the beginning of the dialogue: “Stay young and want victory,” and the child replied to him, saying: “Victory is stronger and universal.”
