The Sharjah Marine Sports Club signed an agreement with the International Organization “IJSBA” to organize a course for national referees for water bikes, to develop and qualify referees, before some of them participate in the management of the World Championship competitions in America during the coming period.
The activities of the course will be held under the supervision of the organization specialized in water bikes, and the signing of the agreement came during the reception of the Director General of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, Ahmed Al Hosani, the head of the organization in Europe, Peter Desept, at the club’s headquarters in Sharjah.
Al Hosani affirmed the club’s pride in the strong relations it has with organizations and clubs specialized in water sports in various countries of the world, while the head of an organization in Europe, Peter Desept, affirmed his strong desire to enhance cooperation between the two sides, during the coming period, in light of the great successes achieved by the Bahri Club at all levels.
During the visit, the head of the organization was briefed on the club’s facilities and marine equipment, and watched a documentary presentation on the events and competitions organized by the club during the last period.
He also visited some of the tourist and marine places and attractions where marine sports are practiced in the Emirate of Sharjah, and various international events and races are organized on them, such as Al Khan Lake, Al Mamzar Lakes, Sharjah Corniche, Al Hamriya Beach, Kalba Beach, Khor Fakkan Beach and Dibba Al Hisn Beach. He listened to a detailed explanation of the mechanism of coordination and joint cooperation between all parties. and government institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah.
