The Ministry of Health confirmed that introducing some simple healthy habits into the routine of life changes a lot on the level of the health aspect.
The ministry explained that these simple healthy habits include drinking water, eating vegetables and fruits, as well as exercising.
She noted that fruits are a healthy option as a snack, noting that fruits rich in water include oranges and peaches by 87%, strawberries and melons by 91%, apples by 84%, and bananas by 75%.
