A new study revealed a simple trick that may help lose 6 kilograms in just 3 months, by eating all meals from 7 in the morning until 3 in the followingnoon, and then stopping eating completely.

The University of Alabama researchers noted that obese adults who ate during the eight hours lost 6.3 kg in 14 weeks on average, compared to only 4 kg lost by those who ate when they wanted to, the Daily Mail reported. ” British.

Both groups got expert advice on how to diet, what foods to eat and the same exercise regimen.

The study included 90 obese American people and put them on the same diet and exercise regime with different eating times.

Most of the study participants were women (80%), with a mean age of 43, and a body mass index (BMI) of 39.6.

People with a BMI of 40 or higher are obese.

Participants were also asked to exercise 75 to 150 minutes per week.

The researchers reported that limiting the time we eat helps to reduce the amount of calories that a person gets, and thus we notice a clear and effective weight loss.

The researchers stressed that more research is needed to find out whether the weight loss and these health benefits can be sustained over the long term.

It was found that eating at a specific time from 7 am to 3 pm allowed to reduce caloric intake by an additional 214 calories per day.

After the study period ended, nearly half of the participants (41%) decided to continue following the same eating routine.

The study was limited, the researchers said, because it looked mostly at women and relied on the participants’ words to see if they were following diet and exercise.
