The new composition of the Board of Directors is therefore as follows:
– Luc Gerard Nyafe: Chairman – Managing Director.
-AMG: represented by Karim Robo, Director.
– Asareh Mansoori: Administrator.
– Hervé Crausaz: Director.
– Amine Amor: Director, newly co-opted to replace German Chaparro, who resigned.
– Jawad Youssefi: Director, newly co-opted to replace Pablo Cambra, who resigned. –
Ramon Carrasco: Director, newly co-opted to replace Juan Carlos Rodriguez Charry, who resigned.
The cooptations of Amine Amor, Jawad Youssefi and Ramon Carrasco will be subject to the ratification of the next General Meeting of shareholders of the Company.
Guillaume Leclerc has been appointed, on an interim basis, as Country Manager for Morocco.

This strengthened governance will enable the Company to pursue and accelerate its development and growth strategy. The main axes of this strategy initiated in 2019 and which aims to develop an international polymetallic group are:
➢ The development of the Company, through the increase in production by commissioning the new well, the development of the new copper site and the performance of external growth operations;
> Identification and acquisition of mining assets or mining operations; • Investments in exploration in order to allow long-term, sustained organic growth and better visibility on mining reserves.
> The creation of synergies within the Group.”
