Lee Jung-sung appeared in MBC’s entertainment program ‘Mysterious TV Surprise’ for 13 years from 2002 to 2014. In 2019, three years ago, Lee Jung-sung appeared in the ‘Recent Olympiad’ and reported on the current status of his coffee business in Vietnam.
On this day, Lee Jung-sung drew attention by revealing his luxury house in Da Nang, Vietnam. Lee Jung-sung pointed to the cafe on the first floor of the apartment building and said, “In Vietnam, the best apartment has a cafe on the first floor.” He mentioned that his house is a good apartment.
He said, “I moved because I thought that life should be fun and that I should give myself a reward. I like the swimming pool.”
The inside of the house consisted of two rooms that were rather large for living alone and an outdoor terrace. Lee Jung-sung pointed to an empty bedroom and introduced, “Because I’m the CEO, it’s hard to find a place to stay when employees come from Korea. So, this is a spare room for the employees.”
Regarding the house price, he said, “The monthly rent is 1 million won,” and “Basically, Vietnamese real estate does not sell to foreigners.”
Lee Jung Sung introduced the spacious swimming pool located at the top of the apartment as a “healing space” and recalled the difficult days in Korea following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lee Jung-sung said, “I was briefly in Korea for two years following Corona. At that time, I made food, did live commerce, and did various things in Korea. However, the results did not come out as much as I thought. He always came out well.” He said, “Looks like luck is here. I’m Danang.” He smiled and showed satisfaction with life in Vietnam.
In addition, Lee Jung-sung showed confidence in his cafe sales before Corona, saying, “250,000 dollars a month. At the current exchange rate, it is regarding 300 million won.” .
Regarding the transformation from ‘Surprise Guy’ to a businessman, Lee Dong-seong said, “Surprise is a part of me. During ‘Surprise’ for regarding 12-13 years, I thought a lot regarding whether I should consider myself an actor or not.” “To be honest, now I I don’t think of myself as an actor, but if I still think of myself as an actor, it would be very difficult.
Right now, if God allows me to act once more, I will act once more, but if not, I don’t want to be unhappy.”
Lastly, Lee Joong-sung showed his ambition as a cafe owner. He said, “My dream is to become a boss who pays a lot of salaries and leaves employees early,” he said.
