Al-Marsad newspaper: The carcinogen expert, Dr. Fahad Al-Khudairi, explained that eggs and natural fats do not cause high cholesterol

He said in a tweet on his official account on Twitter: Eggs and natural fats (ghee) are not the cause of high cholesterol, but the most dangerous of it are manufactured (hydrogenated) fats such as vegetable ghee and margarine, and then starches and sugars (pastries and fried foods) that we eat, so the liver manufactures cholesterol from those starches.

He pointed out the need to increase the intake of vegetables, leaves and bran, to maintain health and obtain the largest amount of fiber
