Only the dog’s front paws were held and walked… Dog owner “my doll”

An animal group rescued a puppy hanging dangerously in Busan with only its front paws held by the owner’s hands.

On the 8th, animal protection groups Haksamo (a group of people helping abused dogs) and Catch Dog announced on the 7th that they rescued a dog owned by dog owner A from an apartment in Haeundae-gu, Busan on the 7th.

The two groups received a report that Mr. A was handling dogs in a dangerous way and started to rescue them. According to reports from nearby residents, dog owner A was abused by holding the dog’s two front paws with one hand.

In response, the two groups were entrusted with the authority to take urgent measures to separate the abused dog from the Haeundae-gu Office, and on the 7th, made a surprise visit to Mr. A’s home to rescue the dog.

The bachelor’s mother claimed, “When the management team talked to Mr. A, Mr. A said, ‘It’s my doll,’ and hid the dog.”

The rescued dog underwent a hospital examination, and as a result, he was diagnosed with 3 or 4 dislocations of the patellar fascia and mammary gland tumors. It was confirmed that the puppy was less than 1 year old.

In June 2020, Mr. A also abused another dog, such as leaving it in a vehicle with an internal temperature of over 40℃. At the time of the rescue, Mr. A continued to abuse the dog, such as shaking and pinching it.

Currently, the police will receive a complaint from an animal protection group and investigate Mr. A for violating the Animal Protection Act.
