Al-Ahly team, led by Portuguese Ricardo Suarez, is preparing to face Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi at 9:00 pm next Wednesday at Borg El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria, as part of the 30th round of the Egyptian Premier League. Al-Ahly decided to complete the remainder of the Egyptian League with young and junior players and those returning from injury, in objection to the arbitration performance in the competition.
The list of emerging players in the ranks of Al-Ahly among youth and youth includes: Mustafa Schubert, Hamza Alaa, Mustafa Makhlouf, Muhammad Nasir, Muhammad Hamdi, Ali Amr, Ahmed Sayed Gharib, Ahmed Sayed Abdel Nabi, Muhammad Sharqieh and Mido Nabil, along with the trio Muhammad Ashraf, Muhammad Fakhri and Ziad Tariq
The most notable absences of Al-Ahly due to injury are Ammar Hamdi and Akram Tawfiq due to cruciate ligament surgery, Muhammad Sharif, a connective muscle injury, Hussein Al-Shahat, a knee injury, and knee cartilage surgery in Qatar and Amr Al-Sulayya.
The countdown began before reaching the finish line of the Egyptian League marathon, and the competition ignited dramatically in all positions between all teams for different goals, between the struggle of the people of the top and the people of the bottom, and the attempt of others to improve their position in the table only 5 rounds before the end of the competition in addition to the postponed match between Al Ahly and Ismaili.
