The atrocities of a former middle school teacher from Texas who sexually assaulted a young student for over three years were revealed in the United States.
There was even a circumstance that the teacher attempted to sexually assault her while she was pregnant.
On the 5th (local time), a Texas court sentenced Marqui Bodin, 32, to 60 days in prison and 10 years in probation for sexually abusing a minor boy.
It seems that Bodin was able to receive a relatively light sentence despite these charges because she gave birth a few days ago.
Prosecutors had previously asked for a prison sentence of up to 40 years for him.
According to police, Bodin sexually assaulted a 13-year-old student.
“They met at a game,” the police said. “The messages they exchanged were very sexually explicit.”
Bodin, who began sexual assault in earnest, even showed an obsession with moving to his student’s apartment complex following the divorce.
It turned out that Bodin called his student to the car and to the classroom to have sex. It was also investigated that the sex video was also sent to the disciple’s father.
A genetic analysis revealed that the father of the recently born child was not a disciple.
Police are currently looking for the father of Bodin’s child. It is also considering registering Bodin as a sex offender.
