There is nothing more annoying than peeling stickers on glass jars. If you feel provoked by them as I feel. Here is the easy way to completely remove it.
Fill 3/4 a pot with water and place it on the stove. Carefully place the jars in the bowl. (You’ll likely need to tilt it to fill it with water so it sinks!) Turn the stove on high and either sprinkle a little baking soda or a squeeze of liquid dish soap. I worked both ways when removing stickers from glass, so use whatever you have on hand.
You can leave the jars until the labels have peeled off on their own, or you can reach for them with tongs and (cautiously) to encourage the labels to pop out. Use tongs to remove each jar and allow it to cool on a dish towel. If they still have traces of the label or a sticky residue on the glass, scrub those parts with baking soda.
Then wash the jars with soap and warm water and you’re ready.
