Expert explains that daily libations are primarily dangerous for the liver.

– If you drink often, chronic liver intoxication does not give the body the opportunity to regenerate, recover, says the doctor. – Due to ethyl alcohol, hepatocyte cells, which make up 85% of the liver, die, and toxins accumulate. As a result of the breakdown of alcohol, inflammatory reactions develop, liver cells are replaced with adipose tissue, and the organ increases in size.

Important, that alcoholic fatty liver disease quite difficult to detect in the early stages – it does not manifest itself with any symptoms. But its development can lead to sad and irreversible consequences.

– Pathological processes in the liver can also lead to the fact that a person begins to suffer from severe depressive disorders – up to suicidal tendencies, – says doctor Svetlana Goryainova.
