For their part, representatives of civil society, specialists from the CNE and members of the Popular Political Unit 89 (UPP 89) concluded this week the drafting of the proposal for a regulation to activate suffrage abroad.
Castañeda announced that it will be up to the embassies, consulates or government offices abroad to install these operations so that the nationals attend the registration. He stated that in a month or two he will take on this task.
