The death of the Brazilian bodybuilder “Valder Segato”, nicknamed “Hulk”

Al-Marsad Newspaper – Agencies: A Brazilian bodybuilder, described as the “Hulk” or the Brazilian “Giant”, died following injecting himself with oil to develop muscles, on his 55th birthday.

Renowned Brazilian bodybuilder Valder Segato apparently injected himself with an overdose of a muscle-enlargement drug, inspired by former bodybuilder, Hollywood actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The 55-year-old Segato has been injecting himself with “Synthol” for years, and he has gained huge muscles, and has become very similar to the hero in the “Wonderful Hulk” or “Green Giant” films.

According to the British newspaper, the Daily Mail, Segato said in 2016. “They call me ‘Wonder Hulk’ and ‘Schwarzenegger’ and I love it. I’ve doubled my biceps but I still want to be bigger and bigger.”

According to the newspaper, that year, Segato was warned that using more of the drug, which grows muscles and makes them larger, may put him at risk of nerve damage and amputation, but the Brazilian giant explained that he likes to draw attention to himself, and said: “I made my muscles twice as large. But I want more.”

On the day of his death, Segato felt unwell and went to a neighbor for help, where he complained of shortness of breath, to be taken to the hospital, where he lost consciousness in the emergency room and doctors were unable to save him.
