Books – Youssef Afifi:
Dr. Mohamed Salem, Head of the Natural Reserves Sector of the Ministry of Environment, commented on the video circulating on Facebook regarding the appearance of a shark on an Egyptian beach.
Salem told Masrawy, “What appeared in the circulating video is actually a shark, and this type of fish and size does not represent a danger to humans.”
For his part, a source at the Tourist Investors Association said that the place that appeared in the “video” is on the northern coast.
The source explained to Masrawy, that the shark that appeared in the “video” is a result of drilling, water currents, tides and waves, due to the implementation of a project there, as the shark in the normal state is in the depths and not on the beach.
And the pioneers of social networking sites circulated on Facebook a “video” that monitors the appearance of a shark on an Egyptian beach.
In the video, a citizen tried to catch a shark, but he failed to catch it, and one of the tweeters commented on the video, saying: “A shark in front of the elephant or 100 million.”
It is worth noting that Emaar Misr has completed the sale of a new phase of its project in the North Coast, where 300 different units have been launched, including summer apartments, villas, and decorating houses.
The prices of the units in the project started from 20 million pounds per unit, while the villas reached 100 million pounds.
Emaar completed the sale of this entire phase on the first day of opening the reservation door, as the project witnessed a great demand for reservations.
The village of Marassi Sidi Abdel Rahman is located on the 125th km of the “Alexandria-Matrouh” road, regarding 25 km following the Marina and a few kilometers from the city of El Alamein. The areas ranged from 135 meters to 900 meters for villas.
The Emirati company, Emaar Misr, launched its new project in the North Coast, with a large party held by the company on the occasion of the launch of the new phase, and was revived by the artist Amr Diab.
