MultiVersus, the new game that brings together different Warner characters has become a success, however, now from the team behind the game have announced that this will delay its first season, as well as the arrival of Morty in the game.
The information was released through Twitter, where they pointed out that “We want everyone to know that we are delaying the start of Season 1 and the release of Morty to a later date.”, adding that “we know that this may be disappointing for some and we want to assure our community that we are dedicated to offering new and exciting content that delights the players”.
Although they did not specify the reasons behind the delay, in a later message they added that they will announce the new date “as soon as we can”.
On the other hand, it was recently known that the game would have already been played by an estimated five million people.
Despite the delay, to date the game has received a series of updates mainly aimed at balancing the different characters found in the game.
