Emirates News Agency – 17.1 million dirhams spent by “Beit Al Khair” through the “Aman” program until July

DUBAI, 4th August / WAM / The Beit Al Khair Association announced that the total assistance provided through the “Aman” program to families registered with it reached 17 million, 119 thousand and 950 dirhams, from the beginning of 2022 until last July, from which 2476 families benefited.

And Abdeen Taher Al-Awadi, General Manager of “Beit Al Khair” confirmed that “Aman” is one of the most important community solidarity programs implemented by the association to support needy and low-income families.

He explained that the program includes four projects, including the “cash support project”, which provides monthly financial assistance to families, and it spent from the beginning of the year until the end of last July 9,939,500 dirhams to support 1,399 families, in addition to the “monthly in-kind support project for needy families.” So far, 1,766,250 dirhams have benefited 392 families. As for the third project, it is represented in “supporting orphan families” and seeks to provide integrated living conditions for this category, and it spent during the same period 5,19,800 dirhams for 629 orphan families. The last project is concerned with supporting The people of determination are provided with what meets their needs and requirements. The expenditure in this project since the beginning of the year amounted to 394,400 dirhams, benefiting 56 families.
