The state of health of the referee beaten in Tres Arroyos | Dalma Cortadi “had a relapse”

The state of health of Dalma Cortadi, the 30-year-old referee who was brutally beaten by a soccer player from the league of three streams“had a relapse,” according to medical sources, for which he remained under observation.

Cortadi had severe pain, a new medical check-up was carried out in a private clinic and the study determined that he has a head injury to the side of the neck, contusions in various parts of the body and a severe contracture in the cervical region.

The violent event occurred last Sunday during the Reserve match between the Deportivo Independencia and Deportivo Garmense clubs, corresponding to the local league, when the player Cristian Tirone hit Cortadi in the neck.

The referee will have to rest for 15 days and during this Tuesday a computed tomography will be performed to determine the degree of injuries in the head area.

For his part, Tirone was charged with “injuries aggravated by gender violence”, while José Luis del Río, president of the Garmense Club of De la Garma (in the southeast of the province) reported that the player was “expelled for life” from the entity.

“The club’s decision is to definitively disassociate him from the institution. He was on loan and had joined the soccer team this year. He did a lot of damage to Garmense and the decision was immediate,” the leader explained to a radio medium.

For its part, the Argentine Football Association (AFA) also spoke forcefully: “Cortadi was the victim of physical violence, so together with the Federal Council we will deal with the issue to strengthen the guidelines on this type of behavior.”

Meanwhile, they detailed from the official site that the detained footballer “will be transferred to the Disciplinary Court to apply the corresponding sanction and that these aberrant events will not be repeated in any other stadium of our football.”
