Polls in favor of the Conservative Party of Canada, even without a leader
Among people aged 18 to 29, voting intention seems to be solidifying for the Conservative Party of Canada.
“Many who are disappointed with their party, who see that Mr. Trudeau has abandoned all fiscal responsibility, are turning to the Conservative Party,” said Tasha Kheiriddin, co-chair of Jean Charest’s campaign. “It is up to us to welcome them.”
According to the most recent data published by the PCC, it was Pierre Poilievre who assembled the largest number of donors in the second quarter.
“When we talk regarding a general election, I am not worried at all that Pierre Poilievre will have the support of young people,” explains Pierre Paul-Hus, MP CPC Charlesbourg—Haute-Saint-Charles. “There is really a power of attraction towards this clientele which will be important for the next campaign.”
Pierre Poilievre fails for the 3e official debate
In another vein, the debate which will take place on Wednesday will only be held with three candidates because Pierre Poilievre rejected the invitation.
The candidate maintained that he had debated enough and that he rather hoped that the result of the vote would be revealed soon.
