Jean-Philippe Wauthier was finally back on Monday at the helm of Good evening! following a week of well-deserved vacation. For his return, he was treated to quite a surprise from none other than his mother and his spouse.

As it was the Monday following the famous Osheaga weekend, the “showbizz princes”, Rémi-Pierre Paquin and David Savard, presented a topo in which we followed them in the popular festival.
They first started by finding a real festival-goer look, a question of impressing them. To get a little help, they called on Jean-Philippe’s stylist who, by the same token, happens to be his lover, Emmanuelle Rochon. The latter played wonderfully the stylist a little irritated to have to work with the two actors.

Unfortunately for the duo, their names were not on the guest list, and once dressed and made up, they had to fall back on another idea: so they went to Saint-Lambert, where we hear very well the sound of the festivities that take place every summer at Parc Jean-Drapeau. It was in the courtyard of none other than Jean-Philippe Wauthier’s mother that the princes “enjoyed” their festival.
The host’s face, when he saw his mother having champagne poured into her mouth from the bottle by Rémi-Pierre Paquin, was worth gold! Viewers quickly realized he didn’t know at all!
“Well then! Hard return from vacation!”, was content to say Jean-Philippe, while his guests, Chantal Machabé, Yannick Nézet-Séguin and Philippe-Audrey LaRue-Saint-Jacques laughed on the set.
