Warning SMS: Implementation delayed
A technology should have gone into operation on June 21 to warn people who are in risk areas – for example in the event of imminent extreme weather events. Warning SMS would be automatically sent to anyone in the affected area. But the implementation is delayed, criticize civil protection associations.
