Couldn’t go to the Caribbean? Not serious. For about ten days, the temperature of the surface of the water off the French Mediterranean coasts has been locally flirting with 30°C. If holidaymakers are happy about it, specialists are worried about it. In mid-July, these readings are not expected to exceed 22°C. The multiplication of heat peaks, on land and at sea, has changed the situation.
