A dramatic event occurred on rue de Belle-vue in La Louvière on Monday evening. A person was indeed fatally stabbed not far from Gilson Park according to our colleagues from Sudpresse. The perpetrator was brought under control by law enforcement.
At this stage, the reasons for the attack remain unknown. A large security perimeter has been set up. The prosecution is expected on the scene.
