“It was an excess”: Úrsula Achterberg’s dish that made Solange Lackington and Julio Milostich sweat ice cream in La Divina Comida

In a new chapter of the divine food (CHV), Solange Lackington, Julio Milostich and Juan Pedro Verdier visited the house of the actress, Úrsula Achterberg, who entertained them with dishes made with sea animals.

The appetizer dish was made up of crab, machas and oysters, shellfish that were covered by a layer of Parmesan cheese, which left the diners very pleased.

Then came the main dish, called “Salmon of ‘O fortuna’”, and which consisted of a salmon with fine herbs, which was accompanied by some sautéed vegetables with rustic potatoes.

When Achterberg arrived with the funds, the reactions were swift. Lackington put his hands to his face and showed his surprised expression, while the other guests laughed at the abundance of the dishes.

“I want to see you here!” exclaimed Milostich. “My God, what are we going to do?”

In that, the actress hidden truths (Mega) was forced to say, laughing, that “three (people) eat this dish in my house.” And she to the hostess she added: “… The entire cast.”

Then, following the meal, the diner commented that she felt that the bottom was “tasteless”, while Milostich described it as “rich, but that it was too strong a dish”, considering that the entry had already been similar in quantity.

“It was an excess,” she stressed, “and an excess is always a mistake.” Meanwhile, Verdier liked it, he only found “the salmon a little overcooked”.
