Mitsubishi Estate-Simon will open an outlet mall “Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets” in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture on October 20. It will be the first outlet mall to open in 10 years since Shisui Premium Outlets (Shisui Town, Chiba Prefecture) opened in 2013.

Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets is the company’s 10th outlet mall.
